India installs first LiFi internet in the US, know about this unique technology and its benefits

What is LiFi Internet : Indian technology has achieved a new milestone in the United States. Nav Wireless Technologies, a Gujarat-based company, in collaboration with JESCO Ventures Lab, installed America's first commercial LiFi internet system at its Silicon Harlem office in New York.

More secure technique

LiFi (Light Fidelity) differs from regular Wi-Fi. It contains transmit through light instead of internet radio waves. LiFi provides fast data transfer using LED lights and is considered a more secure technique than Wi-Fi. However, its range is limited, as the Internet only reaches the area where lights fall, while Wi-Fi can easily cover several rooms.

Proud moment for India

Nav Wireless co-founder Hardik Soni said that this launch is not just an achievement but a proud moment for India. He explained that inventions made in India can transform the world's digital future. The company has a patent for LiFi technology and is planning to expand it throughout America.

Initially LiFi Internet will be installed in government agencies, hospitals, universities, airports and financial institutions. Experts believe that this technique can revolutionize areas required by high-safe and high-speed internet.
